it's a grunt sculpin, a tidal predator of small invertebrates, they live along North Americas pacific coast and grow about 3 inches. they suck at swimming so they crawl around with they're pectoral fins. For defense they hide inside giant barnacle shells and flick their tail out to resemble a feeding barnacle.
P.S If invert's dont count against stock i'll add a monteray sea lemon
