This is just for your personal opinions on what you woudl do.

What would you put in a 125 gallon tank.... 6ft long and i think 18 inches wide?
oh and it can not hold water.

W W Y D ?????

I would do a pair of beardies. If you want a good snake for it, a blackhead python could fit nicely if you have the money.

Don't even dare suggest a monitor anyone... -___-

Why would you suggest a black headed python? If you dont have good advise to give the poor fellow then dont give him any at all. They get 12 ft PLUS!!!

For Tyler

First of all you would need to tweak the top on the tank depending on where you live. If you live in the states other than south fl or texas then you are going to need a plexi top so to secure humidity and much needed moisture for the animal to keep hydrated. Get rid of the screen top because they are crap. For a 125 a pair of beardies would work. You can also keep leopard geckos, a ball python, some of the smaller colubrid species, smaller tortise species like russian's. There is alot out there its all a matter of personal choice. Be a little more specific and I can give you better options in terms of species etc...

Sell it and get something that can hold water just my 2cents.

can not hold even a few inches of water??? i would get an alligator and if the tank could not hold much water or any at all, i would have to say again gator but with a tupperware water area.

An alligator? Are you kidding me?

Hmmm... male blackheads get about 8 feet tops. And now people are suggesting alligators? What a weird bunch you are...

Check your facts a little better friend....blackheads in OZ where they are from if you checked your facts... are notorious for eating perenties YES perenties.... so youre gonna tell me an 8 foot blackhead will fit a 7 foot monitor in its body please tell me....im down for a good laugh. We are weird .... and youre the one asking someone to throw a 2k snake in a 6 foot tank when the potential of its size is far superior to the length and width of the tank... ha ha ha ha ha ha .... nice try cheers!

In case you didnt want to take the time to back up your claim.... 6-10 foot range with specimens reaching 12 feet in the wild... perhaps not in captivity where we offer them ****ty 6 foot vision cages... imagine one in a nice 10- 15 foot enclosure 5-6 wide by 8-10 feet tall... im sure size potential could be fulfilled.

You think they wont grow in a small cage? They will it will just bend their spine and such. Stop trying to start an arguement. I don't know what youre playing at, but points can be made without being rude.

And who said he couldnt upgrade it? They dont grow to 12 feet in a day. I never said they didn't grow that big. But it takes awhile, and not all reach that size. Again, he could upgrade. No one said he had to have one anyway, its his choice and his money.

At least I'm not over here suggesting alligators. Blackheads make great pets.
