Found a 210 on Craigslist (in OK), it is 84 x 24 x 24 - includes nice wooden stand, canopy, lights, filters, driftwood, rocks, etc.. Looks like a decent tank, he is asking $650 obo - what would be a fair offer? Around here tanks on Craigslist vary widely in price.

look at the condition if its not all scratched up its a deal. new they are over 800 for the tank.
Thats a pretty fair price...you should ask if he'll take $550 first though and see what he says lol 
Depends exactly what the filters, heaters, etc...are. If it's filtered by a single small tetra HOB, I'd say no. If it's got some nice canisters or a sump with a nice pump, and it's all in good working condition, I'd say go for it.
And examine that stand really well. A lot of what I've been to look at are so unbelievably rotted out it makes me cringe.

Thanks guys, yeah I was definitely going to go check it out thoroughly. I was curious what you all thought of the price. Hopefully if all goes well I'm going to have another tank, but at this point though I may have to get rid of a couch to fit it in my house.

everybody is in such a hurry to dismiss deals like this. or say things like "depends on this or that." In all honesty if the tank holds water and isnt scratched to heck and back its a pretty good deal. a 210 tank, stand, and canopy alone is worth that price all day long IMO. Sure there are better deals out ther, worse deals also. If the tanks suits your needs, and is in yur price range...I say buy it!
