I chose nice pattern but skittish. You can always change their behavior to appear when being fed and gradually get him to be friendlier and less shy with time. But you can't change their pattern.

i'll go for the skittish one. put em' in a bare bottom tank.

Best pattern for me skittish may be curable but you will be stuck with the not so good pattern.

good paterns dont look good when ya cant see them cause whaen ya get close they freak but im not big on prity thats y i keep cats and redbellys. in my opinion prety is for saltwater and chichlids. but hey im new to bichers and only have one maybe 3 inch sengalis he is a bold one himself acts like my old oscar i touch the tank and he is there looken at me.
