I absolutely love Black Aros and believe they have more character than Asians.
However, I would recommend going for the 7" RTG rather than the 20" Black.
Reasons:
1. As someone said above, you can easily get a smaller Black Aro for a lot cheaper and grow it out to that size in about 1 to 1.5 years.
2. It is much more fun to buy a baby fish and grow it out rather than buying a larger fish
3. It is an Asian Aro! You will have one more thing to gloat over your cousins to the south

Id actually go for the blue arowana since i love there color in my opinion but yea for the price of the RTG id go with that man good luck with the arowana

I agree. Except rtg looks way better imo.
