Somewhere lost
A 36'x12'x4' pond. When I sell off my horse I am turning my barn into a fish room. Taking the 3 stalls and making them into a pond. I think a Florida gar, tsn, rtc, and a tsnxrtc. I am curious on what you would put in it. Or any idea's what to add/take away from what I have in mind.

Same here--there are very, very few people on Earth that can or are willing to house one of these stunning giants properly. I think you'll find you have a large water puppy on your hands!

I like the MBU. There is still room for a 12'x12'x4' ponds would that be good enough for a MBU? I already have a tsn and was working around stock for the bigger pond for him.

A pond of over 4000 gallons and over 10 feet of turn around room is plenty for an MBU. You might be able to get away with a pair of them if you have good filtration!:headbang2

I will end up over filtering any pond I build. This will be a while before I get the ponds built. First I need to get rid of the horse. Then probably won't build the ponds in till spring. But that gives time for ideas on what exactly to stock.

That sounds like an awesome plan. Keep us updated, with pics!

Try to grow the biggest Bala Sharks ever seen. You could school like 20 of them in there!

They'd be lunch for that TSN though...

Planned on a bala with my oscars and rb pacu. Which will be in a 6'x6'x4' pond in my bedroom. That gets built when my room is done which is close to happening.
