Have rescaped my 260 (7x2.5x2) and am at a loss as to what I should stock it with.. Had frontosa but didn't enjoy them. Whatever fish I stock with have to be ok on smooth gravel/rocks and they can't eat plants.. Plan at the moment is to stock it with brown trout but i'm open to other suggestions!13103361_1200801343265779_870375388212577162_n.jpg

Brown trout can get 35 lbs way to big but anyways I would do a stock of this 6 clown loaches, 20 giant danios, 1 giant gourami as a start I'm sure you could put more fish in I'm at a loss of ideas right now..

a GG is going to outgrow that tank just as easily as a trout would lol.

I like the odoe pike suggestion, or a ton of clown loaches, or a massive shoal of exodons. depends on what you like man, you have pretty open stocking options with that footprint.

A brown trout of that size is extremely rare and it takes a couple of years for them to get over 2 lbs so i'm not worried about that. Giant gourami get up to 20 lbs too and grow faster than the trout so that would be worse.. Besides, the last GG I had was nasty!

Nice aquascape. How about gar and some Polypterus?!
