I just read at this website called the goldfish sanctuary that goldfish need a lot of surface area of water, because thay get their air from the surface??? What No thay dont bettas do, and some other fish can get oxygen from the air, but not goldfish..... Right?

You really need to quit it with these non-descript subjects...

Naming a thread "What???" is not a very descriptive subject. People should not have to open your thread to find out what you are talking about.
I think he means...the title of your topic is "what ??"
This gives the readers of forums no help when trying to sort through threads they have no interest in. It's usually used as a ploy to get attention to a thread that might not otherwise attract attention.
If you had titled the topic "Goldfish and water surface area" this would immediately let people who know something about the topic to reply and allow others to spend their limited time actually reading threads that are of interest to them.
