Whats a bubble and straw rig?

IM going to Panama City Beach tommorow and and seting my peir rods up but they are saying that straw and bubble rigs are catching bonitos. But i have no idea what it is.

Go to McDonalds and get some straws, cut em up in varying 2-5" pieces, thread on line, tie on treble hook, snap on a weighted bubble bobber, and viola! You have a bobo (bonita) and Spanish Mack lure for CHEAP! lol

Well went down to panama tried to find bubbles but half hitch was out so tried it with a popping cork didnt work But did get a nice ladyfish and a big whiting.

The straw rigs work nicely, but then again, Spanish will hit anything moving fast... I've seen and caught some nice macks with the straw rigs...
