I notice prices of fish are very different in different places across the US. I was wondering what's a fair price for a 8-10 inch aro in las Vegas. In LA I've seen aros go for as low as $20 but here in Vegas (4 hours away) prices of fish are much higher.
What's a fair price for a silver aro?

8-10" silver here in vegas range from 50-75+ dollars

stick to buying them from fellow members and craigslist.org sellers I just picked up a 17" silver for $75 meanwhile the LFS wants $40 for a 3" baby arowana.
my lfs charges $45 for 6" , i got a 12" arow healthy n he doesnt eat feeders or fish he live with 2" fish no problem n if u get 1 from an lfs they are feeed strictly feeders so i think a pellet trained one is worth something more, depends if the buyer wants it pellet trained or not
Or anyone could pick up one that doesn't eat pellets and wean them on pellets in a week. LOL. Who would pay double for the same fish except that it eats pellets.
