i have a female venni and a small xingu1 that i think is a female 2 my current diet is hikari cichlid gold ,carnivore pellets and krill frozen plus convict fry when i have them any thing i could add to better this diet or dos this sound good. was also wondering what the max size is for both i have herd different things on both

Sounds like a good balance to me. Live food,frozen food, and pellets. My little venny just started taking pellets. So i am pretty stoked about that. As far as size goes i hear venny can reach 18". The xingu i don't know i am not really that familiar with all the pikes.
Venez males get around 18'' females around 14''-16'' Xingu I males will et around 14''-16'' females around 12''
I'd give them shrimp ( the kind people eat ) and worms i'd try nightcrawlers and if the pikes are small try bloodworms and mysis shrimp
