I'm not sure about the EShopps valve, but the Kent Marine valve is fine for line pressure. I keep my household water at 60-70 PSI and have never had an issue.
The valve you linked to looks like a good one, but it is rather bulky (the Kent valve is quite compact). It also costs a bit more.
