What's everyone feeding their fry?

I had an unintentional but somewhat expected breeding in my CA/SA cichlid community. My Jags ended up laying eggs and I'm watching them hatch and watching mama and papa jag hide the fry. I know that in a couple days I should start trying to feed them a bit but I also know they will feed on the parents slime coat. What should I give them?

For my fry (mbuna, peacock, haps, and jewel cichlids) I let the mouth brooders stay with parents for 20ish days for the jewels I let the algae grow and give mainly powdered tetra crisps (coffee grinder) or this fry food in a tube.

Okay cool. Thanks. I'm actually planning on leaving the fry with the parents for awhile. I think I'm going to try to get some crushed up flakes to them when the time comes.

Have you guys ever left the fry with the parents in a community? I've been doing a little research on the fry actually damaging the parents as they feed to the slime coat. I actually think in a week or so I might take half the fry out and feed them separately just to reduce the damage done to the parents.
