i had many piranhas, but now i decided to venture out new fish! I got bored, well wanted something new really. So im keeping a piranha since i grew it since it was very small now its like 9" or more. piranhas r fine and now i want something else as well=)

Sounds like Tems.. For reference in most LFS cases horizontal line down the body = tems, and 3 black splotches = mono, ocellaris or hybrids of both. There are rarer pbass that have similar markings but since most aren't found in LFS I won't go into them..




Not sure on the leopord looking ones.. But anything marked "clown loach" that looks the same is the same.. Think you're talking about Khulhi(spelling?) loaches..



"Tem's" are Cichla Temensis a species of peacock bass.. just like mono's, and orino.. Rapps doesn't have any tem's though and hasn't for a while.

You guys should try and get that order shipped to one of you guys in MD then let everyone pick up same day, or whatever. That away you can sure get the cheaper shipping and most are conveinant to MD. I won't be in on this buy though as I don't need anything right now. thanks guys.
