Large Lake only: Med to Deep diving crank baits
For the rest of the ponds and shore fishing the large one: 4-5" senkos, double tail hula grubs, plastic lizards (for pickerel)
Colors for plastics: Watermelon, watermelon/black flake, pumpkin seed, blue/black, chartreuse for lizards
These plastics/color combos will work on all ponds
Topwater: Hula poppers, black buzz baits and 4" senko's retrieved very fast across the surface (looks like a small snake swimming across the surface)
There's one pond with a ton of small tree trunks growing up from beneath, I'd recommend have at least one pole with 20lb braid for pulling fish outta the trees. (see the background of the pic of me holding the LMB)

That 75 gallon will fill up your fish room much better than with your current tanks
