Reposting, this thread moves too fast:

Got a new 75 this morning, so I'm not selling the Festae anymore and I'm now looking for a female for him. So please keep your eyes peeled for some festae in the area. If anyone sees any at scales, EA, Ricks, AD please let me know and if you grab em for me I'll pay for the fish + gas $

Considering selling my apisto/Ram/cory/cardinal tetra community collection, probably about 30-40 fish in all. All will do well in a 30-40 gallon tank for life, so if you're looking for an active beautiful community tank PM me. http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/fo...d.php?t=154963 . Here's the stock list.

1x Apistogramma Cacatuoides Double red male http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=1437
1x Apistogramma Cacatuoides Double Orange male http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=245
3x Apisto Cacatuoides double red female
1x Apisto Borelii male http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=243
1x Apisto Borleii female
2x German blue rams http://www.cichlid-forum.com/profiles/species.php?id=421
6x Bronze corys
5x peppered corys
15-20x Cardinal Tetras

I'd sell the whole collection for $75.00

The Cacatuoides go for $40 ea. in store and the Borelii go for $20 ea, so this is really a steal.

Any interest?

What to look for in Festae and how to tell them apart from Mayans. (for those who don't know)

The easiest way is the spot on the tail joint, take a look at thee pictures below.

1st pic is a Festae, the 2nd is the Mayan

Mayan = spot covers 3/4 to the entire body/tail joint
Festae = Spot only covers the top half of the body/tail joint

Also the Festae will have a Y or H shaped bar right behind it's head (they don't always show bars though)
Mayans bars are all verticle.

Festae are hard to sex as juvi's but if you see any above 4" the males will be green or gold, female will be red and will usually have some black on the front portion of their dorsal fin, obviously I'm looking for a female. If you come across juvi's I'll want a few depending on the price.
