I'm already checking into what will happen with this thread as well. I'll be honest it contains alot of offtopic buy/sell, and chat threads shouldn't be in buy/sell. It may be purged or it may be left alone. I'm going to leave that up to the admin/mods of this area.

Buy/Sell will probably get divided into regions but I don't think they were planning a regional chat/lounge.

For now let's just try to keep this thread as on topic as possible. Awesome suggestion though. Everyone feel free to post in that thread discussing the idea of that new section. We always love to hear suggestions, and good that you're trying to be proactive at keep things sorted.
