I actually knew that one before I looked at anyone else's answer. My Juruense did the same thing 2 days before it died. Oh well, happens.

I can see in the bottom reflextion, that it is missing its left mid-body pectorial fin. If I am wrong on that Then I'll guess you photoshopped in a different head

I always say my guess before I check the awnser
