purpleish white stuff is coming out of it... is it dying.. is there anything i can do to save it.. pls help!!!!

Hard to tell from your picture, but I'm guessing the stuff you are talking about is the stringy stuff in the center? If so, that's just it's digestive filaments/guts most likely. What do you feed it?
Anemones need bigger food. I dont know what you mean by frozen shrimp, but it sound like it might not be getting any food.
What is your lighting?
Are there any animals that might be eating it/bugging it?
Tell us about water quality in your tank...those are the big things you need to be worried about.
Better in my mind to chuck an anemone vs risking it dissolving in your tank and killing EVERYTHING.

Yeah, dead anemones are nasty. I think yours is fine right now though. Just tell us the parameters to see if anyhting is wrong.
By shrimp do you mean like, table shimp? I feed mine cut up raw shrimp from Wal-Mart. But my anemone is WAY smaller than yours.

It looks good to me. They eat and go to the bathroom out of the same hole.
You will know when it is going bad. It will start to "dissolve". Be careful though, it may be splitting, so do not throw it out to quickly.

its too late.. it was dead this morning... it smelled so bad.... thanks for the advice though.. i wont be getting any soon
