nice bro keep us updated. oh and why did you pick glasscages? just wondering cuz I read some not so great ratings about them.

Honestly I could not find anyone else willing to build me a glass aquarium of this size. Everyone recommended acrylic and did not take kindly to my "no acyrlic" reply. Also shipping bordered on the ridiculous with anyone else.

I hadn't heard any horror stories about glasscages. They let the tank cure for about a month before even sending it out to me, which I liked. I can only hope they come through for me in all other regards.

Also realize that this hobby is pretty much non-existent in upstate New York. My options were pretty limited unfortunately.

My 300g was a glasscages tank. It was great, you couldn't beat the price and it was well constructed with all the bracing they put in it.I would buy another from them if in the market
