Sweet, can we get some pics of yours too? No matter how she turns out, I'm happy, but it would be nice if she either turns out like my avatar, or like Tezrs anti-freeze green moke :D

Yes, tomorrow there will be pics. For the rest of today, she gets to relax and settle in.

Mine was kind of dark when I first got her and then she lit up like crazy. Damn I miss that fish....

Good luck with yours but it might be alone for quite a while as mine grew reallllllllly slow........ but there is nothing wrong with her being in a tank all to her self :)

Nice mok! Very small fins though...

no they look fine to me, are you looking at the yellow/green circle? That's just the base of the fin, the rest of the fin is a olive green/brown color. hard to see in the pic.

How else could we get all the fish we have in the hobby, especially wild caught ones. :)

Shipping was only $28 since the fish is so small, not much water needed. But I think bichirs are illegal in hawaii, as are most tropical fish from what I've heard.

You lost her? sorry to hear. Yeah I wont mind her being alone, I added red gravel to her quarantine/grow-out tank, it looks cool.

very nice. post some out of the bags pics, please. the markings look awesome

Okay I was able to get a quick shot before getting ready for work, she's not fully settled in yet, but you can see she is already showing a lot of green :)

too cute. the green is stunning. does it still have some external gill or have they receeded all the way?

she doesn't have any externals, I was surprised by that, but I've never seen a moke this small, so I don't really know what to expect.
