A small hairless man of dubious quality and intent. A man so vile of tounge and so quick with a profane word, he causes women of high standing to blush at the mere sight of him. A short man to be true, but a man long in tall tales of ship wrecks and sea beasties. He is know to most passersby as a gentleman who wears small hats, and smells of flys and pie - but those who get to know him, find out, much too late, that he poops in kitchen cabinets and under potted plants.
