Much rarer. Only 2 non-vendors have owned this invert throughout this forums lifetime, at least to my knowledge. The last time it was even mentioned in a post was nearly a year ago.
Crystal black shrimp are actually rather common, in fact I have a crystal red shrimp (a color morph of crystal black) in my 16g.
The inverts I ordered aren't shrimp, and they're going in my 16g. The size of my tank should rule out a few options.
Warmer yet colder at the same time... What I bought resembles a crab, and is related to a certain type of crab, yet it isn't a crab.
I won't discourage you from using Google. With how rare these are, and how few people know of them, Google is basically required if you want to guess correctly.
So.... I'm guessing they're rare? 
I don't know enough about inverts to make a guess for anything rare.
