how long is that niger catfish? And how wide is the tank?

Anyways, they look great. Are those the first inhabitants of the tank? And are you planning on decorating it? Substrate, or bare bottom? Either way, it looks good :D

Yes these guy got the 585 from AA.

the niger is eyeballed at 30" I forgot to put a tape on him when he got moved. And the tank inside to inside is about 34" but he's so calm he doesn't mind. But a rather active swimmer. but swimms rater slowly lol. He's great.

Pic 8 is the niger.

I don't plan on putting anything in the tank. The bare bottom will be easy to clean andwon't take away from the swimming room. Maybe someday it will get some playsand.

No ray ....... not yet at least. I thik I am either going to wait till I have to build my bigger tank or I'll get a 180 or 240 and put a ray in that for now. Someday I should end up with a ray in this tank but not right now the two cats are enough for the bottom.
