What's in your cichla filter?

My set up is a fx5 on one side and a 40 gallon home made sump that has 2 filter socks than it flows down bio balls and sponges , and the water is ceramic rings than my quiet one 6000 back to the tank
 
I'm assuming FX5 and ceramic is the filter of choice. Great feed back. I need to try that.

Hulon, got all your stuff ready...let me know when to drop it off.
