is it possible to have a convict pair in a 55 gallon with 1 firemouth, 1 severum, and 1 festivum?

No eggs from the second pair yet ~ Mama Con is doing great for her first spawn. She's even following up after Papa Con watches the eggs and picks up all the poop he leaves on the eggs and moves it to the other side of the aquarium. I'm expecting them to hatch Sunday... unfortunately. I work 7 to 5 on Sunday and then right after work I have to go out for a big family dinner 
Well poop. I either had a hungry inexperienced mama fish or a egg thief, because all the eggs are gone. I read plenty about how they like to stash their fry but the eggs disappeared one day before they should have hatched and there aren't many places for the parents to hide the brood. The other pair isn't getting along anymore - I think he realized she was a little young for him... jailbait hehe. Oh well - maybe next time.
Okay I moved all the cons to the 55, and the first mama fish laid a whole bunch of eggs. There was an egg thief again, but this time it was me. I stole the whole darn rock and put itself in the 10 gallon with the aerator strategically placed nearby... and it worked. I now have 100+ wigglers that are looking great

Good luck feeding your monsters the con fry, my oscar won't eat them, and my red devil just ignores them, my jack dempsey won't touch them either.
