Judging by the picture I'd say it's a Marineland 125 (72x18x22). Same stand and coloration as my 265 and neither look custom build. $250 for tank and stand is reasonable as long as the tank doesn't leak.

Good deal if it comes with everything to run it but print out the page that gave the actual volume and try to bring the price down a little anyways.
