"Whats that over there?" It's the eel section!

He'll have tubes & caves and the like for sure,
I'm actually worried about him eating.
The bichir barely gets food unless its some strange meat that the terror won't eat.
The terror eats ANYTHING that falls from the surface, literally like he's deliberately trying to starve the bichir to death.

Ill hand food train him in the 5g for a couple more days,
and if that doesn't work I'll throw him in the 30 anyways.

I'm really steady when I handfeed, I had to get the bichir AND the terror to get used to me, and I had one RETARDEDLY shy terror.
I should be able to do it.

Whats the diet of the Terror?
Torn up meatier food would equal more chewing time or whatever ones wants to call it for the terror hopefully allowing the rest to have chance to eat.....

Have to remember though.everything I say is what worked for me on my Eel---Nothing is set in stone.....

Keeping it in the 5 gal for some days while trying to feed shouldn't be a problem...Just not optimal for growth and what not ya......is all....it just equals more maitnence in the long run,etc,etc.....

Just have to gather all info-take stuff in accordingly and see what will work and not work for you......

The terror usually get's these "tetrafin goldfish crisps" they have salmon in them.

When I have it they both get chicken heart,
and i throw any worms/crickets in there too.

Well I hand feed him, and usually drop a piece for the bichir because he's kind of slow.

If the eel will eat out of my hand I might need to use two hands.
The terror has never really encountered a large peaceful fish,
only 3 brochis that I gave to my neighbor.

I'm gonna get either a 40B or a 50g someday.
