Used to be a bar down the street from where I lived in L.A. (Cat and Fiddle Pub, for any locals) their daily special was $3.50 draft pints of Bodingtons, and they had dart boards.

New Castle
Dirty Helen
Guiness
Arrogant Bastard
Gulden Draak
Flying Dog imperial porter <- will put hair on your chest!

I agree with these, especially the FD porter and Arrogant Bastard. Also, add Yeti to the list, and anything from www.barleyisland.com (Their java stout and oatmeal stout are both amazing)

Chemay Ale is a Belgian that is fantastic but not cheap

Chimay Ale, made by Trapist Monks in Belgium. Comes in 750mL bottles topped with a champagne cork. I forgot about that one. that is a spectacular brew. it will set you back a bit, though (about $10-12 per bottle).

when you said you were asian, I expected to see tsingtao, kirin, saporo, elephant, asahi, or something like that.

just curious, how does drinking heineken or corona have anything to do with being asian?

maybe is just cambodian people.. but at any party bring the heineken or corona and it will be gone in 10 mins.. bring a case of coors or miller... and it will be there all night.. just an observation ive made..

we also drink henessy..

LOL mabey its because im canadian and alot of what i see is american or other international beers but why havent i seen my favorite beer listed? mmmmm Budwiser is yummy

I think that goes for any party. that's why I bring Coors Original to parties. its a good beer, but nobody drinks it.
