Whats the best deal on tanks you ever got ???

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
My most recent deal has been my best..

120g with dual overflows, oak stand, dual metal halide lights and brand new Pondmaster 2400 pump. All for $200. I sold the dual metal halides for $175.

So I have $25 in that tanks purchase price.

I just rescently purchased a 120 gallon for $35 in Houston. Found it on craigslist. Lady was moving to a smaller place and they do not allow fish tanks. She said that she thought it was 90 gallon but in fact it was 120.

i just got a 75g with sump, filtermedia, magnum350, 5 powerheads, tank hood, light, rocks, ugf, skimmer, test kit, and hob(250gph) = $80

divorce settlement on my 240 gallon this woman got divorced 6 months ago and her ex- did not have the room for it anywhere so he told her to get rid of it and so she had it up on cl like 2 minutes from my house I went to go look at it no overflows but it was at least worth with the lights fx5 and stand and canopy 3000 but i paid 400 for it just to get it out of her hair. here it is

needed it for my rtc's pacu red devil and oscar so i think it was a great deal

best deal i got was a free 540 gallon tank and stand (needed a re-seal) it was from the 1986 world expo in vancouver, used as a saltwater tank, has a chiller and a pool filter on it (i changed the pool filter and added a sump, and took the chiller out)

Best deal i got was a 60 gallon with a few scratches and no tank cover but filter, heater, few other accessories for $10

55 w/ stand (and slight leak, fixed in about 5 min. plus silicone cure time), 29, 2 20's, 10, 20" antique metal fixture (which I removed the scary electronics from, to replace later), 5.5 gallon metal frame/slate bottom antique tank and I forced the lady I got it from to take $10 for all of it
