What's the best food for FH?

I feed mine - fast colour and hik sticks, but im not to sure if that's the best.

Anyone else have any suggestions?

Is pro choice any good?

I feed market shrimp and tilapia fillet and hikari pellets. The shrimp makes her really pink and she looks wonderful.

New Life Spectrum. It's pretty much the best food on the market. Some will debate it but my results are great. I use that and a variety frozen foods for all my fish.

Isnt it bad feeding them prawns though? hole in the head? i feed mine frozen prawns once a week. Too much apparently gives it hole in the head due to worms,

My fish seem to hate spectrum hahha i throw it in and they spit out.

Some will do that I've noticed but if you keep at it they'll take it.

Shrimp and prawns are not the same thing.

I feed mine mainly ching mix head booster sp100 and supreme flowerhorn color enhancing starter.... I think its from thailand has alot of odd symbols on it... Then a mixture of some hikari products.. I never use a product with hormones or unnatural ingredients

I get AMAZING results from "Hikari Bio-Gold +" with all my flowerhorns!!!....not to mention that a couple weeks after I started this diet with all of my flowerhorns all of the females started dropping eggs, it was crazy.
