what's the best way to beat a speeding ticket?

i have yet to meet a cop that doesnt have underlining pshycological issues , traffic cops like ruining peoples day everyday,, they work for us but they forget,, its we the people not we the cops... i typed for ever and it erased so im :swear: :swear: :swear: :swear: :swear: mad....

cops are strictly to regulate traffic and ensure our safety and they cant even handle that,,
somehow they spend the majority of the day getting paid 20+ dollars and hour to
Bull$%!T. they forgot whats real and now there just a cult, a gang,, they all become the same person, no matter where they came from or who they really are.. ugh.. or what sex they are,, there all the same ;(
Gangsters are bad because they dont have to answer to a higher ranking officer n such.
cops and gangsters = men who make bad choices in life. But cops are clearly a necessity..
There just heartless punks , a gang with to much power and a license to kill....
cops drive fast ,, so can i ,, and i do,, and yes i pay the ticket..but they have to much control over my life its wrong....

And when something bad happens they will be the first person you call, it is easy to make generalizations. I could generalize and say that anybody who makes blanket statements like "i have yet to meet a cop that doesn't have underlining pshycological issues" A) cannot use proper grammar B) has limited spelling ability C) is a moron. But that would not be proper or educated.

Try to learn to express yourself in a more sensible fashion and you will find your day to day interaction with law enforcement and civilians will be much more enjoyable for both of you.:WHOA:
 
well anywho not gonna go read all this but in fl if you havent had a speeding ticket before you can plea ppj and ppb or something like that and if you dont speed or get a ticket for the next 6 months all fines are dropped. ANother thing is just aruge over the cars speeding gage and the clocked speed say it was a flaw that it can be off by 3-6mph difference take that to court most of the time the cop doesnt show and the charges are dropped but if the cop does show, make sure you have a good argument. I know the cops here never show for court dates unless you were racing or going over 100mph which they arent even supposed to chase you after 100mph here anyways so charges have to be dropped.

I am lucky sheriff's here are the shiz, they let you go with anything and everything, cops here are pretty cool except orange co. they are dicks. Then here you dont mess with state troopers cuse they make your day a living hel! ... o___o but anywho everyone here is pretty chill...

-------------never in my life, will I ever call the police for any problems i have , i dont care if i just got shot,,, why? because instead of saving my life the cops would begin to investigate a crime scene( stand around laughing and wasting time)--This is a true story, I was there..

maybe you should watch the news more , or read it, cops are killers , it happens every day.. a couple days ago they patted a guy down and cuffed him, he started to run and they shot him in the back,, this has happened to my friend also.Thats one time to many, talk about abusing there power, and you know they will get away with it,, if i shoot someone in there back, crazy people- ( court/judge/jurors/all others involved) might sentence me to death(end my life) people like that are sick and twisted, you cannot choose when that man dies even if he killed someone, its not your place , prison is for killers, cops are killers....

oh and by the way, its only obvious who you are and where your from,,, beating around the bush does not change the fact that what you said was not proper or educated.

well you have just lied my friend, because i had nothing to do with the way any cop or person has every treated me, so me saying or doing anything different will not change the outcome of any situation. and i get along fine with civilians, lol , dont you worry about that.. Im a good person ,i do not deserve to be treated like crap,, period,, everyone deserves respect and regardless of how you behave just remember ''innocent until proven guilty in a court of law'' not when the cop decides!!!! You are just like me , with a different job.

and im not trying to burst your bubble,,, but grammar is just make believe,, just like laws,, people made these up and you can follow/bend the rules or not.. most people from where im from can understand even the most contorted ebonix, oh yeah and one can also just throw words in wherever even if they mean something crazy different, fortunately this is still legal.

obviously we are from two different worlds .. look,, if there is a heaven or any goodness on the planet, killing is wrong and/or a sin. on one hand all cops go to hell for being killers, and any way you cut it cops are bad people.

the facts clearly show cops being racist, sexist, mean people that let their emotions affect there job. not to mention, excuses - get cops out of murdering people.
If cops wanted to save people and serve there country , they woulld be firemen.....

I have had several encounters with law enforcement, good and bad. Personally I prefer a world with them to one without, I have dealt with places that the law is pretty much what you could enforce yourself, they were not fun.
 
My brother is a state trooper and he has said repeatedly the only people he lets off are those who just tell the truth. Something like "I'm sorry I was speeding officer, I should know better." is very effective. Police get pretty good at spotting lies since just about everyone they pull over gives them one. They also get real good at spotting a poor attitude, which common sense should tell you is not going to work in your favor.

MotherNature, you sound like you have some psychological issues. I guarantee you would be calling the police when you or one of your loved ones get raped, or kidnapped, or robbed. You would also want the police when someone goes speeding by you house and your kids are playing in the yard. To say all cops should go to hell is being very judgemental and is the sign of a sick individual.

In general, you get treated like crap if you treat people like crap. Judging from you raving indictment of police, I would say your attitude is your biggest problem.

after being pulled over for whatever reason, speeding , tail light out,,

at this point i have said nothing, i dont give off attitude,, and they act like im going to shoot them,,, BECAUSE OF WHAT I LOOK LIKE... do you understand now....

i have called the cops for cars speeding down my street and i had no evidence and it was my word against theirs, my only option was court(some working people have no time for court) so it stops there, basically if you call the cops your just a snitch!!!!
Calling the cops gets you dead.. Maybe its different in your hood,, lol

im sorry your brother was a state trooper he was twice as likely to be killed by a '' bad guy'' as I am.
I did not say that all cops should go to hell , I said all cops go to hell,, due to the fact that they are killers....
and this is only an option if you believe in god (most people do not , nowadays)
but IN MY OPINION cops are bad people....if you did your homework ive said somewhere in this post,,,, DUH,,,,,, COPS ARE A NECESSITY,,, PERIOD.... plain and simple i stated ''Cops and judges and congressmen forget they work for the people , all the people,, we the people!!!!

you forget i have every right to hate cops they have done nothing good for me..
