. About 8 or 9months last year . Had some problems with my pond and lost almost all my fish apart from 4 fat Goldfish which put in to a spare tank to checked to make sure they were ok then they went into my smaller front Goldfish only pond , all my large beutiful Koi died and am anly just getting the pond sorted now . I am really not sure what went wrong as the fish seemed fine then it just went horriblie wrong . I had to empty all the pond - scrub the the liners , get rid of all the filter media and recycle the whole thing .
I have got 10 4inch Koi in the pond now and they seem ok to me , as soon as the summer comes back round next year i will be off to get some decent sized Koi to fill the pond out .
