My arowana loves big chunks of cucumber. Like really big so they stick out its mouth. I put the cucumber in for my fly river turtle and my arowana just attacked it.

Oh, my African Arowana likes breaking glass thermometers and eating half of it. Then spits it up a few days later. This was before I had my sump so all my stuff was in the main tank. Thought I was going to lose him a couple times!

Off topic, but my basset hound ate a whole bag of Hikari Cichlid Gold once.

I gave my oscar a few spiders and other bugs i would find around the house. He enjoyed them.

I fed my oscar scrambled eggs, mac and cheese, basically anything left over from the dinner table. He was my "dog" when I lived in my apartment. Funny thing was he grew like CRAZY when eating this stuff along with pellets.
