Whats the longest you have kept an RTC

mine went from a "cute" 2 inch fish when I first brought him home to a 2 footer in less than 2 years. We'd have him for 2 years next month, and many years to come hopefully...btw...I special ordered mine and had to wait till available at my lfs. I did my researching beforehand before I get flamed for having one!!!
I was also hoping, which now I'm wondering if it could be in the future to breed my rtc and achara. How they've been acting for the last year together makes me wonder if it's possible somehow, at least before the rtc eats my achara

I had my first one for 7 years before he was Euthanized. He had gone blind and was nearing death before we had done it. He was 32" and weighed just over 17lbs. He now resides in our Rose garden.
