Also if anyone said salt tanks are hard work they have their setup all wrong,,,more expensive than fresh yes, and takes some time for the eco sstem to develop but if done right then is easy.
I havent added any chemicals in over 3 years either, so I'm a little surprised the rock is still growing stuff. I think the biggest reason for the tanks success is the food I feed. I bet if I fed flakes or pellets it would have crashed a long time ago.
