My tank started to look a little cloudy one day so I changed the water on it and everything was fine. Next day woke up and my channel cat had a minor case of cloudy eye. So I bought all the meds I could to heal it and they worked. A week later my carp and perches all have fin rot and cloudy eye and then the channel got it again. I did everything in my power to heal them but it didnt work everyday for around a week I pulled a different fish out dead. My water was fine nitrates pH and ammonia were all fine. No clue what happened to them.

I had my three blind cave tetras in my ten gallon tank and I skipped a week cleaning. The ammonia in the water caused one to die and one to try and jump out. I didn't see the one that jumped out and I assumed it had died and been eaten. Later that day I found it stuck in my hang on back filter... He was still alive but he died later that day.

I had a 6" purple spotted gudgeon in with 3 exadons, worked for a long time, then the exadons decided to bite the scales off the side of the gudgeon. He got weaker and weaker as they picked his scales off one by one. Died after only a couple days of me trying to figure out what was happening to him. I didn't actually see it happen until a couple hours before he died.

Recently i had a 7in comet goldfish who had injured himself. Put him in hospital tank. Seemed to be getting better then one day he stopped eating, his belly bulged a little, the the next day he started having seizures and apparently bashed himself to death. I have no clue what exactly happened.:(
