Whats the most you have spent on a fish?

i had a frontosa that was 6in and very nice color and he ran me 125 at my lfs but that was a show ready fish till i bought feeders at a chain store and got three different fungus and to finish he got ick too piss me right off.

I agree with you. In the beginning, I actually said I'd never go over $50, but look at me now. I moved my limit up to $100. Who knows what the future holds?

I remember when i first got into fish and thought spending more then $10 was alot of money now I'm okay with spending $200. If I had bigger tanks and a real job I would spend even more.
