frog. was reeling in and didnt even see him sitting in the weeds, leaped on it and barely hooked him. This is me and him about a minute after i caught him, were best friends. his a pretty big guy.

Strangest thing for me will be catching a Northern Pike at only a water depth of 2-3 ft. ( I was reeling it in almost to shore, before it striked)
It was around 18"+

Mine would be an albino catfish from our local resevoir,caught a handful of 12-14inch regular colored ones then a mustard yellow 12'' catfish, wish i could find the pic.

Definitly a sea robin.I looked around online but no photos come close to showing how bizzare these things look in person.And when you try to get the hook out they snap at you and bark!!!

Ratfish. Not the one I caught. Found in Pacific, normally in very deep water. I (well, one of my clients) caught one near Deer Harbor off of Yakobi island in S.E. Alaska. Pretty weird looking, but we see a lot of crazy crap up there.

i caught one of those in lake washington. i casted out like 50 yards or less and caught it. the weirdest thing i caught. i didnt even know what it was till i saw that pic

I caught a copperhead... I was reeling in my line and the hook snagged on in the side as it was swimming away. Had a field day trying to get it off the hook... ugh. X_x
