What's this thing?

Kinda Looks like a small limpet. Can't get a good shot of it's belly though.



It's between the featherdusters on the glass.

It does kinda look like a small limpet but it's hard to tell. I wouldn't say that's what it is for sure though. Can you put it in a smaller jar or something to get a better picture?

Should have a single conical (round + cone shaped) shell if it is - forgot my cell phone picture clarifying glasses - can't tell

OtherOne - It looks like a tiny hill of a shell with the body of the animal completely concealed beneath. The only big difference between that lil guy and the google pics was the lack of a tear drop opening on the top of the shell, but for all I know, that could develop later in life or just be too small to see right now. I'll take a pic with a legit camera later.

Looks like a limpet to me. The other thing kinda looks like a large sponge of some sort.
