they also go under the label of "wave maker" and ive seen some as high as 12500l/h (yes 12.5k) output on ebay.

Tunze makes similar style powerheads and are hundreds of times better. Look into them, but beware they cost big bucks.
Resun 1500 wave makers is the ones i use and there really good flow rate goes from 2000lph to 8000lph and then to 15000lph, comes with its own controller i paid £50(uk pounds)
I use and like the korilia power heads because they are cheap to buy and have been working in my tanks over 1 year now. I use 2 seio 2600 for max flow in my 220 gal. I must say i agree the Tunze is a very nice unit with tones of flow....just kinda expensive.
