Whats up? Im new figured id introduce myself (and my setup) =)

I feed mine hikari sinking pelets for cichlids. It helps with the color and them seem to like it really well! there are days when i put shimp in the tank and they wont mess with it but drop a pellet in and they go nuts! You can trying some different things but i would start with sinking because mine are still a little skeptical about coming to the top to feed but i am working on it! Spectrum also has a really good pellet. I use both.

i feed mine with hikari floating food sticks.. its been their staple food since they were younger.. and now they are all 6-7 inches long.. and ive only had them since July/august..

its crazy how they come to the top to eat.. they spash water everywhere.. but its amazing to watch :D

agreed, with hikari floating! its more fun to see them come to the top. Shrimp, tilapia, scallops, white fleshy fish is all good for them and will make it a lot cheaper than feeders when they grow bigger.

wow, your whole room setup looks very nice and balanced...love the animals too, exactly what i'd get except for the golds (unless those are feeders )
