whats up with my oscar?

my oscar is changing into these colors in the corner by its self. it is with another oscar and a male jd. anyone have any ideas?

Yeah the lip injury looks like he was fighting with another fish. And the coloration is definitely stress coloring.

I'd bet he got in a fight and lost, and now is trying to just stay out of the way. You might want to separate the fish.

just resonantly he has been lip locking with the other oscar and has been fine for the last week or so and then when i fed this morning he ate then went to the corner and changed color

Try changing around all the decorations and stuff in the tank then do a big water change
