What's Up with my Ray

I looked at my motoro this afternoon and this is what I found. 1 Side has a large hump. She was not like this this morning.
Can anyone tell me what is going on?
The ray is a female with a disc size of approx 9". I fed her nightcrawlers yesterday.
Any inputs are welcome.

tank mates? tank size? water quality and parameters? cb or wild? how long you had her? water change schedule?

Water change once or twice a week.
Water parameters unknown.
I do not know if she is CB or Wild.
I have had the ray for about 7-8 months maybe.
Her tankmates have been Dats, aros, 'pimas, and a few other fishes. The only other ray was a small 6" Flower.

Haven't noticed any change in activity. She is not breathing hard or fast. I am going to do feed her tomorrow and water change.
