I had a hystrix once that had a similar problem. Eventually it passed and she was OK. I believe she was just binded up (constipated).

Pregnant at that size without male and so many month at you, impossible.

my former rays looked so "fat" when they ate too much, I would say its normal.

my motoro looks like that after feedings for atleast a day. but i feed my ray daily so it always looks like that lol

Here are some update pics of the ray. She is back to normal after a few days. Thanks to Duckman77 and advise from Brad the Stingrayguy. Thanks everyone for their input.
