Water changes, and more water changes, until it clears up. If all your bacteria has died ( and i am not sure myself if the have, ) out you'll want to buy some bio spira, or you'll need to put your fish in a different tank until yours finishes cycling.

iono if anyone agrees with this, but NEVER use water clarifiers... they usually make it worse IME
Water changes. 25 percent per day until your AMMONIA reads 0 and until your NITRITE reads 0. Forget NITRATES at this point they ain't gonna kill your fish it's the toxic poisions that are obviously in your tank right now. Your filter needs alive bacteria to break down the waste produced by such a large fish. Sounds like the stuff on yours died in transit - ie cloudy water. More will be growing by just having the filter on, however if the toxicity rises too much the fish could die. IE WATER CHANGES.
