Whats wrong?!?! Orange Spots, but not velvet.

So what are the orange spots?!?

Also, the RH SD in my 90 gallon has a little fin damage.

The orange spots are just natural coloring to me. I've had silver dollars that display that but are not bothered by that in any way. The presence of those and the behavioral patterns they exhibit seem normal.
