Just to elaborate my point I know two people I could get a hold of right now and buy an illegsl unregistered gun in California. I'm pretty confident I could have them with in the hour if I wasnt afraid of the jail time I could receive... And i'm not in some crime circle. I'm a full time family man, a full time college student, and a full time employee. It is just too easy to get illegal items in the united states whether it be drugs, guns, or even wet pets

you do know a gun cannot kill someone with out a person pulling the trigger?...if no one loads , points and shoots it it is just a lump of materials?

more gun laws=more good people becoming criminals= higher "crime" rates= lower education/production and higher incarceration rates ..and we all know how much we need that!

really its like saying more dug laws makes less druggies.. and that's worked out well !

I say we ban idiots. Everybody should undergo a mental health test once a year. Those that fail get locked up or exterminated. That works, right? Get rid of the crazies, no more deaths.

give me one example where tightening laws or banning something ever stopped anyone who wants them form getting it.

If the government uses tanks and bombs on its own people then all hell has already broken loose. You can say the same thing about Syria then, the people should just give up, they'll never win. Half the Syrian Army already defected. It's only a matter of time before the people you think should just surrender, win. You think if Uncle Sam uses tanks that the entire military will be ok with it?

If the Syrian population was armed like the US, the government of Syria would be have been defeated last year.
