Does it look like this? where the jaw seems locked in the open position.
My beani pair died within days, after getting this disease.
Apparently healthy, they stopped eating, hovered for a while, as the jaw protruded more with each passing day.
It was suggested the problem is an acute form of Flexibactor columnaris disease.

It was too late for mine so I never tried the treatment, google the disease and isolate him. There was an article called "The Dreaded Flexibactor".
It could very well be too late for anything to help. I wouldn't move the Cons to the 100 if he's been sick as they'd get whatever he has. I would try and get some Parasite meds ASAP and move fish to other tanks if you can, otherwise they'll be subjected to what he has.
