I'm afraid this is what happens when the government starts telling us how we can and can not discipline our children...I have friends whos teenagers have tried to call the cops when they were trying to punish them (grounding them). Kids have absolutely no respect for their elders anymore. It's very sad.

I was over disciplined. But some discipline is necessary.
These days parents can't do much to train their own young. Sometimes corporal punishment is earned.
I don't care what any bleeding hearts say, these girls deserve a horse whipping. And when they heal up, another one. Just to remind them to not go around hurting people for no good reason.
[of course you did not mention corporal punishment, those are my words.]
